Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect payment or card swipe into the Toothly Dental account.
- Change in the patient's general medical condition (e.g., cardiac, pulmonary, or endocrinal issues) that renders them unsuitable for the intended treatment.
Dental treatment outcomes are influenced by various factors, including the patient's underlying medical condition, biology, pre-and post-treatment care, and compliance. In cases where the Toothly Dental management, upon review by the Toothly Dental Quality Processes, determines that the treatment outcome could have been improved, refunds may be approved at the company's sole discretion.Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the patient must submit a written request within six months of the treatment date, stating the reasons for the request.
The patient must submit all relevant documents, receipts, and x-rays, as well as return any Toothly Dental-provided dentures, crowns, aligners, failed implants, or ortho appliances to the treating clinic. Failure to return these items or loss of prosthesis will result in ineligibility for a refund.
The Toothly Dental Quality Team will thoroughly review the refund request, considering all facts and patient-provided records pertaining to the underlying condition. The Quality Team reserves the right to approve or deny the refund request.
Please note that consultations, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment planning, membership plans, and lab charges for prosthesis, aligners, crowns, dentures, etc., are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending your initial consultation, we understand that cancellations may occur. As a professional courtesy, we will waive any cancellation fees for the first appointment cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance. However, please note that after 24 hours, a 50% deduction will be applied to the consultation fee.
If the same thing happens again for the second time or more for that slot booking, we may have to charge a 50% OPD fees, which is ₹150.
For the cancellation of the treatment after checkup, X-ray, 3Dscanning, Scanning Report, Smile etc., the fees for the same are non-refundable. However, we can certainly cancel or postpone any further treatments as per your convenience.
It is understandable and acceptable to cancel any treatment before any production is done. However, if production has started or been completed, the patient may be required to pay half or the full amount of the treatment, as the work is at its final stage.
